How do I place an order?
You can place orders with IGLU online, as long as you have a debit, credit card or a Pay Pal account. We are also able to take payments over the phone. No worries.
- Click on a product you like, select your required size and quantity and add it to your basket.
- When you have finished shopping, go to the basket icon the top right corner and click on the checkout. If you have used our website before you should enter you email address and password. If you are a new customer, click on ‘Register as a New Customer’ and complete the required fields. To place an order, it is not essential to register with us. You can just use our online store as a guest. Registering helps to make it easier when you come back next time. It also keeps you updated on IGLU stuff so its probably worth it
- On the address page, enter your billing and delivery address details. If your delivery address is the same as your billing one, please tick this box at the bottom of the billing address screen.
- Select your preferred delivery method. Most people choose the free delivery which takes a few days.
- Proceed to the payment page and enter your payment details. Please check that your items, billing and delivery address and payment details are correct before you proceed any further.
- Once the order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a dispatch email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Then you can get excited.
Cancellation Form
The UK Distance Selling Regulations advise that you have the right to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund.
Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days following the day that you receive your goods. We require written confirmation of your instruction to cancel, so you will need to contact us by email quoting your order number.
If you have already received your order, you will need to return all the items in the order. You will need to pay the cost of returning the order. The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.
In accordance with my rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, I would like to cancel this contract.

Please complete this cancellation form and send it before the 14 day cancellation period has expired. (The cancellation period ends 14 days following the day you receive your goods.)
If this contract is cancelled, we will refund you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
A refund will be issued to the same payment method that was used when the order was placed, no later than 14 days after the day we receive the products back.
